Alpaca Boutique ships to the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) using USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Alameda, California.

If your order is $99 or more, shipping is free! You just need to select "Free Shipping (USPS Priority)" when viewing your shopping cart. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. This special offer is valid for products shipped within the United States.

The table below can help you estimate delivery times. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Note for orders requiring expedited shipping (UPS 3rd Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air): Orders placed after 12 noon PST will be processed the next business day.

Taxes
Sales tax (8.3%) will be applied if your shipping address is in the state of California.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your purchase is not what you were expecting, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product. The item needs to be returned in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) for a full refund.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the merchandise back to us.
To return an item, please email us at customerservice@alpacaboutique.com and include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will authorize the transaction by sending you a Return Tracking Number. Please include this Return Tracking Number in your shipping label. Then pack the merchandise and ship it to:

Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@alpacaboutique.com. We will confirm that we have your requested item in stock and send it to you as soon as we receive the item you are returning. We will send you the exchange item at no extra charge but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product back to us.
Please note that we are unable to process any exchanges for a higher priced item. We can exchange items for a different size or color. If you wish to purchase a completely different item, we suggest you place a new order and return the original merchandise for a full refund of the product price.
