Alpaca Boutique currently ships to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Alameda, California in the United States. We partner with USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS to ship our products to international locations.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates can differ based on destination. To calculate your order shipping charge please go to your shopping cart and enter the State/Region and Postal Code of your shipping address. At this time you are not obligated to make a purchase.
Please use the table below to estimate delivery times. Please note that delivery times might be delayed by customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your packages might be subject to the customs fees, taxes and import duties of the country of destination. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the customs, taxes and import duties at the time of delivery. Alpaca Boutique cannot determine in advance what these fees will be because we have no control over these charges. For this reason, Alpaca Boutique shipping charges do not include any of these fees.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your purchase is not what you were expecting, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product. The item needs to be returned in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) for a full refund.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the merchandise back to us.
To return an item, please email us at customerservice@alpacaboutique.com and include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will authorize the transaction by sending you a Return Tracking Number. Please include this Return Tracking Number in your shipping label. Then pack the merchandise and ship it to:

Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@alpacaboutique.com. We will confirm that we have your requested item in stock and send it to you as soon as we receive the item you are returning. We will send you the exchange item at no extra charge but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product back to us.
Please note that we are unable to process any exchanges for a higher priced item. We can exchange items for a different size or color. If you wish to purchase a completely different item, we suggest you place a new order and return the original merchandise for a full refund of the product price.
