About Baby Alpaca

The Alpaca is known as the "Gold of the Andes". The Alpaca produces a natural fiber that is incredibly soft, warm and lightweight. Baby Alpaca is a true premium luxury fiber, which is soft, smooth and shiny. The name "Baby Alpaca" does not mean that the fur was obtained from baby animals; it could easily come from an adult animal with a very fine coat. The Baby Alpaca fur used to produce these adorable teddy bears was obtained without harming any animals. Skilled artisans only use fur from Alpacas that have naturally ended their life cycle.

Caution:

Eyes and nose buttons might pull off under intense wear or play. These bears are not intended for infants or small children.

• Gently hand wash in cool water with a mild soap.
• Never use chlorine bleach.
• Gently press to remove excess water.
• Do not wring or twist. Handle gently to avoid wrinkles and distortion.
• Dry flat (lay out horizontally for drying).
• Block to dry (reshape to original dimensions while drying).
• Smooth by hand while wet to remove wrinkles and straighten the seams and facings.
• Touch up with a cool iron (lowest temperature setting) if needed.
